Putin signs regulation on fighting nuclear terrorism
RBC, 08.08.2005, Moscow 12:58:32.Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a regulation on adopting the International Convention for the Suppression of Acts of Nuclear Terrorism approved by the UN General Assembly on April 13, 2005, the head of state's press service has reported. The Convention obliges authorities of the countries that joined it to prosecute and extradite those who commit terrorist acts involving radioactive material or a nuclear device.
