Oil export duties may soon be cut
RBC, 04.08.2005, Moscow 12:20:56.Export duties on heavy oil products may be decreased next week, economic development and trade minister German Gref has told a cabinet meeting. Central Bank chairman Sergey Ignatyev added that the difference between export duties on light and heavy oil products might be increased.
