Court to resume Khodorkovsky verdict announcement today
RBC, 23.05.2005, Moscow 09:38:19.Today, the Meshchansky Court of Moscow will continue to voice its verdict in the case of former YUKOS CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky, MENATEP head Platon Lebedev and Volna general director Andrey Kraynov. The verdict's announcement began on May 16, 2005. During the last court meeting on May 20, the judge voiced evidence in the case connected with Khodorkovsky and Lebedev's fraudulent acquisition of a 44 percent stake in the Research Institute for Fertilizers, Insecticides, and Fungicides (NIUIF).
