Economy ministry working on bankruptcy legislation
RBC, 21.04.2005, Moscow 18:59:33.The Russian Economic Development and Trade Ministry has worked out four concepts for improving the existing bankruptcy legislation, deputy head of the corporate management department Tseren Tserenov has told journalists. According to Tserenov, these concepts will be submitted to the government before October 15, 2005. The economy ministry has also worked out a bill on bankruptcy which stipulates restructuring of debt and payments of interests by installments.
