PM on gas industry investments
RBC, 03.03.2005, Moscow 10:35:36.It is necessary to ensure non-discriminatory access to Russia's gas transportation system to independent gas producers, Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov said at the opening of today's cabinet meeting. The meeting is devoted to the gas industry's investment program and Gazprom's financial plan. Fradkov asked Industry and energy minister Viktor Khristenko and Gazprom head Alexey Miller to pay special attention to increasing the efficiency of investments attracted to the gas industry.
