MTS to place Eurobonds
RBC, 17.01.2005, Moscow 15:25:31.By the end of this month, Mobile TeleSystems - Russia's mobile telecommunications operator - is planning to issue Eurobonds with a maturity of 7 years, the company's PR Director Andrey Braginsky told RBC. He also mentioned that the amount of placement would be determined in the course of a road-show that started today. "We hope to place the third issue of the company's Eurobonds by the end of this month," Braginsky said. As it has become known from a source close to the placement, CSFB is one of the organizers of MTS's Eurobond issue. As reported earlier, MTS has placed USD800m in two Eurobond issues at present.
