Tatneft finishes dividend payments for 2003
RBC, 31.12.2004, Almetyevsk 11:57:39.The Tatneft company has paid dividends for 2003, the company's press release reads. The amount of dividends paid on preferred shares was RUR146.45m ($5.28m), and the corresponding figure for common shares was RUR652.42m ($23.51m). The dividend per preferred share is RUR1, and the dividend per common share is RUR0.30. As reported earlier, the decision to pay dividends for 2003 was made at the annual general meeting of shareholders on June 25, 2004. All dividends were to be paid during the period from July 1 to December 31, 2004.
