Russian laws meet WTO standards
RBC, 08.12.2004, Moscow 17:24:46.WTO members that participate in negotiations on Russia's accession to this organization have not submitted claims against Russian laws, Economy Minister German Gref told the upper house of parliament. He emphasized that over 30 laws, including the Customs Code, the laws on licensing, state regulation of foreign trade and anti-dumping measures, had been adopted over the past 3 to 4 years in Russia. Thus, Russia's legislation corresponds to the WTO requirements completely, the minister concluded.
