Russian market for offshore programming shows stubborn growth
RBC, 20.10.2004, Moscow 17:19:09.The Russian market for offshore programming expands at a 70-80-percent annual rate, Russian Information Technologies and Communications Minister Leonid Reyman announced at a press conference in Moscow. This market is expected to grow to $1bn in 2004 and to expand further to $2bn in 2005. Reyman considers it possible for Russia to become a leader on the global market for offshore programming.
