Russian Security Council Secretary heading to Tbilisi
RBC, 05.05.2004, Moscow 17:31:18.Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Ivanov will leave for Tbilisi today, the Russian presidential press service reported. He is expected to negotiate with Georgian state authorities concerning the crisis situation in Adzharia. Georgia has initiated this visit as well as two telephone conversations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Georgian counterpart Mikhail Saakashvili today.
