Ukraine hopes to enter WTO this year
RBC, 10.03.2004, Kiev 18:41:17.Ukraine wants to be recognized as a market economy and to enter the WTO this year, Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich said at a press conference. "This year we shall be recognized as a market economy and this decision will help solve a lot of problems and create favorable conditions for Ukrainian producers under current anti-dumping legislation", the PM told journalists. The Ukrainian government "will do its best to enter the WTO this year" and "our country has a great export potential, so we have no other way", Yanukovich stressed.
