Emergencies Ministry posts toll of blast in North Caucasus
RBC, 03.02.2004, Moscow 19:39:46.According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry, the explosion in Vladikavkaz, the capital of North Ossetia, killed two and injured six people, including three servicemen of interior forces. The blast occurred at 5:15 p.m. Moscow time near the central market of the city. A GAZ-24 car exploded and set on fire two foreign cars that burned down completely.
