Menatep refutes passing shares to Rothschild
RBC, 04.11.2003, Moscow 19:22:32.Reports on a possible passing of beneficiary rights for managing a part of a stake in Menatep Grupp to Lord Jacob Rothschild are incorrect, the press service of the financial group MFO Menatep stated. Lord Rothschild is neither a shareholder nor a beneficiary in the structure of the group, neither does he participate in managing the holding. He is a member of the board of directors of the Open Russia organization and has friendly relations with shareholders of Menatep Grupp. "However, it would be a mistake to make a conclusion about his participation in the group's operations based on this," the release stressed.
