The opening of a cross-border point at the administrative border between Chechnya and Ingooshetiya was postponed until November 1st, Echo of Moscow reported with reference to the press service of the UN Commissioner on refugees. The delay in opening is connected with the necessity of taking additional measures to prevent a penetration of Chechen militants in Ingooshetiya.
