Today share prices did not change considerably and the trading volumes remained low due to the absence of significant news, which might provoke speculative moves on the Russian share market, according to investment experts. Therefore, traders were not inclined either to buy or to sell stocks. The MICEX index advanced 0.4% at 106.83 points by 16:30, the RTS index rose 0.46% at 98.09 points. The RBC index, which is calculated on the basis on data provided by various trading sites, dropped 0.17% at 18.92 points. The MICEX trading volume came to RUR 114.7 million (about $4.411 million), the RTS trading volume equaled $2.4 million by 16:30.
