"It is not clear yet how the story about the granting of the IMF's credit will end," stated Alexander Zhukov, Chairman of the State Duma's Budgetary Committee, at a press conference today. In his opinion, the IMF has been currently undergoing the strongest political pressure of the Great Seven countries caused by the money laundering scandal and the worsening of the situation in Chechnya.
