Negotiations with Aslan Maskhadov are impossible, stated head of the State Council of Chechnya Malik Sagdullayev in a live interview to Echo of Moscow radio. He called the Chechen leader a criminal, since Maskhadov works side by side with those persons, who kidnapped people, cut the heads of Englishmen, robbed and killed Chechens. If these persons do not want to leave Chechnya voluntary, they should be removed from there by force, Sagdullayuev said.
