Today the board of directors of the Russian Central Bank will conduct a sitting and consider the question of the bank's work, the bank's department on public relationships reported to RBC. The department's representatives did not confirm that the board will consider the question on the first tranche of the Central Bank's bonds. The proposal to issue such bonds was made on October 15. The department stressed that today's sitting will be an ordinary one.
