According to the decree signed by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, a special government commission to investigate reasons of the Proton rocket crash on the territory of Kazakhstan soon after its started from the Baykonur cosmodrome on October 27. Deputy PM Ilya Klebanov was appointed head of the commission. On November 1 the commission's members will leave for Karaganda. The commission will estimate both the reasons of the crash and the consequences of this accident, the department of the government information reported.
