Yesterday, in the course of a regular meeting at the Dalenergo open joint-stock company, Anatoli Chubais, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UES of Russia state company, called the political situation in Primorsky Krai catastrophic and being on the edge between hysterics and complete insanity. Concerning Dalenergo, he called this company one of the most critical points within the electrical power system of Russia. As the company's administration reported to RBC, Chubais stressed that the main goal of the company's employees is to secure a normal temperature in residential buildings during the coming winter. "We must not allow for any power failures, regardless of the level of sanity of the krai's leaders," stated Chubais.
