Today the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled that NTV Plus television company is to pay more than $21 million to Vneshekonombank for a credit granted earlier and the interest thereon. The court rejected all reasons of the NTV Plus representatives and increased the amount of due payment by way of sanctions.
