Almazy Possii-Sakha (Diamonds of Russia, or ALROSA) will start the float of the first tranche of its bonds today. The profitability of these bonds will be 39.5% a year. The float will take place at the MICEX exchange. The funds received as a result of this tranche will be used for purchasing foreign equipment, for enlarging the circulating capital and for various measures to support the national diamond industry.
