The sale of 9% of the state owned LUKoil shares will be summarized today. On the whole the oil company sold 67.184,780 million common shares. The value of the investment program is $240 million . As we have already reported, the decree to sell 9% of the state owned LUKoil shares was signed by the government on October 9, 1999.
