Today federal forces will open five passages for Chechen refugees fleeing to the neighboring areas, two passages will lead them to Daghestan and the remaining three - to Ingooshetiya, North Ossetiya and the Stavropol region. A few days ago the Russian military ordered the closure of the Kavkaz cross-border point, which was located at the administrative border between Ingooshetiya and Chechnya at the Kavkaz highway.
