The Government of the Russian Federation is to submit a letter on the fulfillment of the economic program to the administration of the IMF today. The precise data proving of the fulfillment by the Russian Federation of the program of the Government and the Central Bank for stabilization of the situation in the country, earlier agreed with the Board of Directors of the IMF, will be contained in this letter. It is also expected today that the cabinet of ministers of Russia will forward another letter to the IMF containing the response to the additional terms demanded by the Board of Directors of the IMF in order to grant the next tranche of the loan to Russia.
