Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has returned to Moscow after his business trip to the Far East of Russia. During the trip Putin attended a training of the Pacific fleet, conducted a meeting with the fleet's command and visited the Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service. Putin also held a conference with the regional authorities. The participants of the conference paid special attention to the energy problems of the Primorye region.
